THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD

It appears to me that are world has been consumed by "THE MAINSTREAM." We praise those individuals that fall in line with what is status quo. Well I want to commend my cousin Lindsay, for not falling in line, for going the distance, for doing whatever makes her happy. Two weekends ago I took a much needed trip to Vancouver to visit my extended family. I spent some quality time with all my cousins, Aunts, Uncles, and Grandparents.

I had a tremendously good time Visiting Victoria ( I had never been there before), and I walked around Coal Bay and Stanley Park in Vancouver with my cousin Linz. When we were in Victoria a very twisted older lady started lecturing my cousin and I, "There are two many Chinese people in B.C. and its my job to educate young women on this issue." I wasn't sure if I should laugh or run in the opposite direction. I had a great time with Linz and I can hardly wait to go back!

MY MAKE-UP

I believe a huge part of who I am is due to my parents, if you know them you may even see parts of them in me. But beyond who I am I want to express how much I love them. I feel I have this amazing gift that is completly undeserved. I am so proud of my parents and the relationship I share with them. I am not going to gold plate this though, we have had our issues and quarrels, but thats what makes our relationship so beautiful. We worked out our problems, we worked at not brushing them under the carpet but really sorted them out, and we grew close because of it. Mom you have the most amazing gift of hospitality, you love every one, and you will do anything for your family. I can only wish that one day I can be like you. Dad you have a drive like no one else, you make people laugh, and you love your family soo much.

MOM:
I love my mother as the trees love water and sunshine - she helps me grow, prosper, and reach great heights. ~Adabella Radici

DAD: A father is always making his baby into a little woman. And when she is a woman he turns her back again. ~Enid Bagnold

HER STATS

Sometimes I think it would be interesting if we all had player cards; like those that baseball and hockey players have. What would my stats be, how successful was I in life? I think my sister would have a very special rookie card, it would be one of those highly sought after ones, it would probably read something like this:

Scoop Glover who is known formally as Kristina Grace Glover achieved Gold in an American Tournament in The United States. Despite the fame she built around her figure skating career she has remained humble. It’s an impressive career considering she was inflicted with many childhood illnesses and injuries. She was often sick in the hospital with pneumonia, and she had an incident with her older sister which landed her in the hospital to get stitches in her forehead. Even after retirement from Synchronized Skating Scoop kept very busy; attending Mount Carmel Bible School, and building a intense knowledge of the very changing cinematic world. She is incredibly devoted to her family and currently resides with her older sister in Edmonton. She has no desire of settling down any time soon, she has plans to keep busy and maybe attend a post secondary institution and get involved with children in some form.

I LOVE YOU SCOOP.

PURE GOLD

What greater thing is there for human souls than to feel that they are joined for life - to be with each other in silent unspeakable memories. ~George Eliot

The family - that dear octopus from whose tentacles we never quite escape, nor, in our inmost hearts, ever quite wish to.

MY ACCOMPLICE

My Best Friend

IT Starts

I always said I was incapable of joining the stereo typical blogging world, but I took the leap and crossed the invisible line.
Here I am:
I often try to define myself, am I a designer, am I an artist, am I a passionate person? So here it is, the pictures and the videos, the people and the places; HERE IS MY STORY.
